Welcome to the Dark Waters Products online store and website. Any use of this website, at any time, constitutes full acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any these policies, please do not use this website in any way. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. All images and content on this website is owned by Dark Waters Products and cannot be used in any way, by any other party, without the express permission of its owners.

When you order a product from our website you are agreeing to purchase it at the stated price. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time of listing. In very few cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our website may not be available due to stock levels.

Prices displayed on this website are shown in ZAR (South African Rand), including VAT and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. Prices are subject to change at any time and delivery charges are not included in the listing price, unless stated otherwise. The listed price does not include insurance on the products. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, currency fluctuations, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances.

We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products, and we may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Payment on our website is operated by PayFast - a secure, third party online payment service. PayFast is a South African payment gateway that accepts both Visa and Master Card credit cards nationally and internationally. Alternatively, you can send us a direct EFT with a proof of payment or pay via PayPal upon request. Full payment must be made before the order can be processed.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, you will receive a refund. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.

We send orders throughout South Africa using a reliable courier service. A physical delivery address is essential as our services cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please allow an average of 2 to 3 days delivery time and be aware that under certain circumstances beyond our control, the delivery time may be longer than originally offered. Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email with the tracking number.

We currently only deliver within South Africa, but if you are based internationally, feel free to contact us to see if we can arrange accordingly.

Once your parcel has been dispatched we are not liable for any loss or damages.

When placing an order you are accountable for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. If at any time after ordering you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will not be held responsible if the provided information is false or incorrect, causing the parcel delivery to be delayed or lost.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
